Comment is saved by clicing on icon to the left. Anyone can make comments. Non members must do a bit of calculation to prove beeing human, that is, to avoid robots submissions.
This is WYSIWYG editor ! So, to use any tool button, first write text, select that text and then use tool buttton on it.
